Routine Maintenance

Normal routine maintenance can include responding to tenant complaints such as fixing a clogged toilet or leaky faucet. We also handle small painting and cleaning jobs. If more extensive painting and/or repair is required, we work with the client and the contractor to ensure client satisfaction.

If your investment property requires major improvements such as a new roof, electrical/plumbing upgrades, structural repairs, significant landscaping improvements, or exterior painting, we work with a number of trusted contractors to obtain multiple bids. We provide coordination of services for smaller jobs and on-site supervision for large projects/renovations.
